Outside these hours, pay-and-display applies at £1 per hour (max £8/day), payable via on-site pay machines or the RingGo app. Four accessible bays are positioned near the retail loading dock; these are extra-wide (3.6 m) with drop-kerb access and tactile paving. The surface was overlaid in mid 2024, and bay markings repainted in late 2024. LED column lighting and high-definition CCTV cover the entire lot 24/7. Directional signage guides service vehicles to designated loading zones, and pedestrian routes with tactile paving link to the Baltic Centre main entrance. In 2025, drainage channels were installed along the eastern perimeter to mitigate water pooling.
