Arena Park Parking is a large council-operated surface facility utilizing ANPR for entry, serving the Arena Park retail and entertainment complex. It provides 800 marked bays including 30 disabled spaces located near the main mall entrance. Entry and exit operate 24/7 via ANPR; casual users register via the councils online portal to obtain a virtual ticket, paying at exit via contactless, coins, or RingGo. The tarmac surface is grooved for drainage, with monthly inspections and pothole repairs within 48 hours. High-mast LED floodlighting ensures safety for early-morning and late-evening visitors, and eight CCTV cameras monitor all entry, exit, and pedestrian zones. Pedestrian pathways lead directly to Arena Park shopping entrances (1 minute walk) and to nearby bus stops (3 minutes). Six Type 2 EV charging bays are located near the north entrance, available on a pay-as-you-go basis. Weekly litter clearance and hedge trimming maintain site cleanliness.
