Ashley Park Car Park is a private surface lot reserved for residents and visitors of the Ashley Park estate. It provides 70 marked bays including five disabled-access spaces positioned near the gated entry. Access is controlled via RFID fob and operating hours are 24/7 for authorized users; unauthorized vehicles are towed. The tarmac surface is grooved to facilitate drainage and inspected quarterly; any surface damage is repaired within 48 hours. LED bollard lighting provides illumination from dusk until 11 pm, and two CCTV cameras monitor entry and internal pedestrian corridors. Pedestrian access leads directly to Ashley Park Golf Club (4 minutes walk) and Ashley Park Village Centre (6 minutes). No EV charging is provided; nearest public charger is at Manor Road Car Park, a 12-minute walk away. Monthly litter collection and seasonal hedge trimming keep the estate environment well-maintained.
