BHX Valet Parking on Ambassador Road provides a premium valet service exclusively for Birmingham Airport travellers. Customers drop off their vehicles at a staffed reception point where keys are handed to a uniformed valet attendant who parks the vehicle in a secure, fenced compound adjacent to the reception. The on-site holding area accommodates up to 150 vehicles, including ten accessible bays. The facility is open 24/7, with full CCTV coverage and regular security patrols ensuring vehicles remain safe while the owner is away. A covered walkway leads directly from the reception to the shuttle bus pick-up point, from which frequent buses transport passengers to all airport terminals in under three minutes. EV charging is not directly provided in the valet compound, but attendants can plug in vehicles into nearby charging units upon request.
