Blue Badge Park on Queen Victoria Road is a dedicated facility offering 25 accessible bays exclusively for blue badge holders. Managed by Coventry City Council, the site is surface level and operates 24 hours free of charge. The entrance is directly off Queen Victoria Road, with large clear signage indicating reserved spaces. LED lighting columns ensure that the lot is well-lit at night, and CCTV cameras monitor entrances and disabled parking areas for safety. Pedestrian exit leads to Coventry Cathedral (5 minutes walk) and the Belgrade Theatre (7 minutes). The surface is smooth asphalt, with no height restrictions. Regular inspections of line markings and signage occur quarterly. There are no EV charging points specifically for blue badge spaces, but two rapid chargers are available at the adjacent APCOA Queen Victoria Road multi-storey car park (4 minutes walk). The facility is patrolled daily by Council enforcement officers to ensure that only legitimate blue badge holders use the bays.
