Operating hours are 7 am9 pm daily; pay-and-display machines accept coins, contactless, and RingGo; maximum stay of 4 hours. The surface is a combination of grooved tarmac and concrete, inspected monthly, with potholes filled within 48 hours. LED bollard lighting offers safe illumination from dusk to dawn, and three CCTV cameras monitor entry, exit, and pedestrian walkways. Pedestrian access leads directly to Brandon Market Place (1 minute walk), the Bird & Barrel pub (3 minutes), and bus stops on Bury Road (4 minutes). Two Type 2 EV charging bays are located next to the ticket machines, available on a pay-as-you-go basis.
