Open same hours (5 AM10 PM), with identical shelters, lighting, and signage. The secondary lot features a covered bike shelter and expanded EV charging (two Level 2 stations). Pedestrian bridge access connects both lots to the trail network and bridge walkway. CCTV surveillance and emergency call boxes ensure user safety.
