Cannon Park Shopping Car Park is a large surface facility operated by Cannon Park Retail Ltd., serving the Cannon Park Shopping Centre and local services. It offers 600 marked bays including 30 disabled spaces located nearest each of the two main shopping entrances. Entry is unrestricted 24/7, with pay-and-display machines accepting coins, contactless, and mobile-pay options; validation machines inside retail outlets provide free parking for qualifying purchases. LED high-mast floodlights ensure bright illumination, and ten CCTV cameras monitor all entry, exit, pedestrian walkways, and pay machines. The asphalt surface is graded toward central drains with annual inspections and pothole repairs within 24 hours of identification. Pedestrian exits lead to major retailers (12-minute walk), a bus interchange (5 minutes), and to the University of Warwick campus via a dedicated footpath (10 minutes). Six Type 2 EV charging bays are situated near the eastern entrance, available on a first-come, first-served basis via pay-as-you-go. Weekly litter removal and hedge trimming maintain site presentation.
