Church Lane Car Park is a council-operated surface facility serving Berkswell village and St Johns Church. It provides 40 marked bays including four disabled spaces located near the pedestrian exit. Operating hours are 7 am8 pm daily; pay-and-display machines accept coins, contactless, and RingGo payments; no overnight parking is allowed. The tarmac surface is grooved for drainage and inspected quarterly, with pothole repairs completed within 48 hours. LED column lighting ensures minimal illumination for early-morning and evening visitors, and one CCTV camera monitors entry, exit, and pedestrian walkways. Pedestrian egress leads directly to St Johns Church (1 minute walk) and to Berkswell village shops (3 minutes). No EV charging stations exist on-site; the nearest public charger is at Stoneleigh Road Car Park, a 12-minute drive away. Weekly litter clearance and hedge trimming maintain a tidy environment.
