Greenwood Close Car Park is a private surface lot for residents of the Long Lawford housing estate, providing 50 marked bays including two accessible spaces near pedestrian access to Greenwood Close. Access is controlled via a keypad requiring a resident code; no visitor or casual parking is permitted. LED bollard lighting ensures minimal visibility during early morning and evening hours, and one CCTV camera monitors the entrance and central bay area. The tarmac surface is inspected annually, with pothole repairs carried out within one week of identification. Pedestrian pathways lead to Greenwood Close residences (1-minute walk) and to a local playground (3 minutes). No EV charging infrastructure is installed; residents use public chargers at Swift Valley Car Park, a 10-minute drive away. Monthly litter clearance and hedge trimming maintain a tidy environment.
