Holbrook Lane Car Park is a surface-level lot managed by Coventry City Council, providing 70 marked bays including four disabled spaces located close to the Holbrook Lane entrance. Operating hours are 7 am10 pm daily; pay-and-display machines accept coins, contactless, and RingGo mobile payments; no overnight parking is permitted. LED column lighting ensures safe navigation during low-light periods, and two CCTV cameras monitor entry/exit points and essential pedestrian walkways. The asphalt surface is graded to roadside drains, with quarterly inspections and pothole repairs within 48 hours of reporting. Pedestrian egress leads to local industrial estate offices (2-minute walk) and to public bus stops (4 minutes). Peak usage occurs during industrial shift changes; signage directs overflow to Car Park P2 on Wilsons Lane.
