Leamington Road Car Park borders the War Memorial Park and is run by APCOA. This surface facility offers 180 standard bays, including 10 accessible spaces adjacent to the entrance gates. Access is from Leamington Road via a dedicated slip road, with clear signage on the A4053 ring road. The car park is open 24 hours; pay-and-display machines accept coins, contactless cards, and smartphone payments. LEDs on high poles provide bright illumination, and CCTV cameras monitor both parking areas and pedestrian exits. Pedestrian pathways lead directly into the War Memorial Park (1 minute walk) and to University Hospital Coventry (7 minutes). The asphalt surface is graded for drainage, with regular inspections ensuring minimal standing water. Two Type 2 EV chargers (22 kW) are installed beside the ticket kiosks, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Tariffs include hourly, day, and weekend rates, with special park-and-ride packages for hospital visitors. Boundary hedges are trimmed quarterly, and line repainting occurs twice per year.
