Car Park Market Place, operated by APCOA, is a large surface-level facility serving Henleys Market Place and high street. The lot offers 180 marked bays, including ten accessible spaces located near the pedestrian walkway. Entry and exit are managed by ANPR cameras for pre-registered permit holders; casual users obtain a ticket at entry and pay at pay-on-foot machines accepting coins, banknotes, and contactless cards. Operating 7 am10 pm daily, the car park is monitored by high-definition CCTV cameras covering all aisles and pedestrian corridors. LED floodlighting ensures safe access during early morning and evening hours. Pedestrian pathways lead directly to Market Places shops, restaurants, and historic sites within a one-minute walk. Bus stops on Market Place provide frequent services to Reading and surrounding villages. EV charging is available via six rapid units located near the lots southern boundary. Covered cycle racks accommodating fifteen bicycles are provided to encourage mixed-mode commuting.
