Car Park Nuneaton Rd, Bedworth CV12 8AP

Nuneaton Road Car Park is a mid-sized council-operated surface lot providing 80 parking spaces, including four disabled bays situated close to the pedestrian exit. The facility is open 7 am–10 pm daily, with pay-and-display machines accepting cash, contactless, and RingGo mobile payments; after-hours parking is prohibited and enforced by CCTV-monitored gates. LED column lighting ensures adequate illumination, and two CCTV cameras monitor entry, exit, and pedestrian pathways. The tarmac surface is grooved to facilitate drainage, with maintenance crews inspecting and repairing any potholes within 48 hours during peak spring and autumn seasons. Pedestrian access leads directly to the Bedworth Civic Hall (4-minute walk) and to the local doctors’ surgery (5 minutes). Peak demand occurs during town centre events, at which time additional signage directs motorists to overflow at Abbey Street Car Park. There are no on-site EV charging points; the nearest is located at Bedworth Leisure Centre Car Park, a 10-minute walk away. Boundary fencing and signage are refreshed annually to ensure clarity, and routine litter clearance is performed twice weekly by council contractors.
