Car Park P2 Coventry Parking is a surface lot serving Longford industrial estate and adjacent commercial units, offering 200 marked bays including ten accessible spaces near the pedestrian exits. Managed by Coventry Parking Ltd., entry is unrestricted 24/7, with pay-and-display machines accepting coins, contactless, and mobile payment; no permit parking is enforced. LED column lighting ensures visibility, and four CCTV cameras provide full coverage of all entry, exit, and pedestrian areas. The tarmac surface is graded toward central drains, with Pavement Condition Index (PCI) assessments conducted annually and minor repairs within 72 hours. Pedestrian egress leads to surrounding warehouses (12-minute walk), logistics offices (3 minutes), and to the Tesco Extra on Longford Road (7 minutes). During shift-change periods, stewards are deployed to manage traffic flow and direct overflow to nearby public lots. There are no EV charging points on-site; the nearest rapid charger is at Premier Inn Car Park, 5 minutes away by foot. Weekly litter removal and perimeter hedgerow trimming keep the site tidy.
