Rainbow Leisure Centre Car Park is a council-operated surface lot serving the Rainbow Leisure & Fitness Centre. It offers 150 marked bays including ten disabled-access spaces directly adjacent to the main entrance. Operating hours are 6 am–10 pm daily; no parking fees or time limits apply for leisure centre patrons. The tarmac surface is grooved to facilitate drainage and inspected monthly; any potholes are patched within 48 hours. Four LED bollard lights provide illumination during operating hours, and two CCTV cameras monitor entry, exit, and the pedestrian path to the leisure centre. Pedestrian access leads directly to the leisure centre entrance (1 minute walk) and to local bus stops on Waterloo Road (3 minutes). Three 7 kW Type 2 EV charging bays are located near the entrance, available on a pay-as-you-go basis. Weekly litter collection and bi-monthly hedge trimming maintain a welcoming facility for families and fitness enthusiasts.
