Servicing Carlton Square retail and leisure complex, this multi-level pre-cast concrete car park provides 400 bays across three decks. Entry/exit is controlled via ANPR cameras for registered users; casual parking is pay-on-foot (£6/day; £3 after 6 pm) at machines accepting cash, card, or via app. Sixty accessible bays (20 per level) are located adjacent to each lift lobby, with extra width, drop-kerb access, and tactile paving. The decks feature anti-slip epoxy coating and were inspected and resealed in early 2025. Bright LED panel lighting ensures uniform coverage, while 24-hour CCTV monitors all ramps, stairwells, and bays. Two rapid 50 kW EV chargers were installed on Level 1 in 2024, bookable via the Parkopedia app. Pedestrian exits on each level lead directly to the shopping mall entrances via raised crossings. Real-time occupancy displays at each ramp help drivers locate spaces quickly. Structural inspections occur bi-annually, and line markings were refreshed in late 2024.
