Church and community event parking at Christ the King
Christ the King Parking is a small surface lot dedicated to Christ the King church services and community events, offering 45 marked bays including three disabled spaces near the church entrance. Access is free of charge during service times (weekends 8 am8 pm) and via permit-only on weekdays, with campus staff managing the barrier. LED bollard lighting provides basic illumination for evening events, and one CCTV camera monitors the entrance gate and central bay area. The asphalt surface is re-lined annually, with minor repairs to potholes within one week of reporting. Pedestrian access leads directly to church doors (1-minute walk) and to adjacent community hall (2 minutes). No EV charging is available; the closest public charger is at Coventry Arena Car Parking P1, a 10-minute drive away. Weekly litter removal and hedgerow trimming maintain cleanliness.
