Church Car Park is a private surface lot serving St Osburgs Church congregation and community events. It provides 60 marked bays including five disabled spaces adjacent to the church entrance. Operating hours are sunrisesunset; no payment is required. The gravel-and-asphalt surface is inspected quarterly, with pothole repairs completed within 48 hours. LED bollard lighting provides minimal illumination for early-morning and late-evening services, and one CCTV camera monitors entry and pedestrian areas. Pedestrian pathways lead directly to the church entrance (1 minute walk) and to the adjacent community hall (2 minutes). No EV charging stations exist on-site; the nearest public charger is at University Hospital Car Park A, a 10-minute drive away. Monthly litter clearance and hedge trimming maintain a well-kept environment.
