Do not work with this company.
After being locked into a contract with creative car parks we got stuck dealing with civil enforcement. They are basically the same company operating out of the same office but they are uncontactable. This means our customers have to come to us when they get tickets, which is all the time as their cameras can't seem to tell. when someone leaves and comes back later in the day and says they have been there hours.
They are aware but do not act on the issue.
So much time is spent dealing with customers who get these tickets. Even after raising the issue they don't do anything. Some customers have even been taken to court by them despite being genuine customers of ours.
When you sign up you get tied into an auto renewing contract.
