Gateway to water sports and scenic trails at Clatworthy Reservoir
A spacious gravel car park providing around 80 vehicle spaces, located at the eastern end of Clatworthy Reservoir. It is the main hub for sailing, canoeing, fly-fishing and walking on the Somerset Wildlife Trust reserve. Facilities include a visitor information point, picnic benches, public toilets (seasonal opening), waste disposal and a level, signposted 4-mile circular walking trail around the lake. The car park is open 24/7 with a modest daily parking fee via on-site machine. Disabled bays and drop-off points are provided close to the lakeside visitor pavilion and sailing club launch area.
