Parking is free for club events, while non-members may park at a nominal fee payable via an on-site meter. Solar-powered LED bollard lights illuminate the pedestrian route to the pavilion from dusk until 9 pm. A single CCTV camera is installed at the entrance to ensure security during evening matches. Seasonal maintenance includes gravel top-ups bi-annually, line repainting annually, and monthly litter picks. The car park offers direct access to the recreation ground and scenic footpaths leading to Cadbury Hill and surrounding Mendip countryside.
