Clementsons Mill Car Park is a council-operated surface lot located on Clough Street, adjacent to the historic Clementsons Cotton Mill site. The asphalt facility provides 120 marked bays, including five Blue Badge bays nearest the main entrance, and two motorcycle bays. Operates 7 am10 pm daily; pay-and-display is enforced via machines accepting coins and contactless payments at £1.00 per hour, capped at £5.00 daily. LED lighting illuminates the lot until 11 pm, and CCTV cameras cover all entry points. Pedestrian exits lead to the Hanley Library (0.1 km), Potteries Museum (0.2 km), and the Flour Mill Leisure Centre (0.3 km). A bus stop on Clough Street provides direct services to Newcastle-under-Lyme. No EV charging is available, but future installation conduits exist under the northern verge. Seasonal farmers markets on Crown Street occasionally occupy the eastern section, reducing capacity by 30 spaces; signage alerts drivers. Weekly maintenance includes litter clearance and bay line repainting.
