The tarmac surface is grooved for drainage and inspected quarterly, with pothole repairs completed within 48 hours of identification. LED column lighting ensures visibility for early-morning and evening visitors, and two CCTV cameras monitor entry, exit, and pedestrian walkways. Pedestrian pathways lead directly to the Lower Promenade (1 minute walk) and to nearby cafes (3 minutes). Two Type 2 EV charging bays are located near the entrance, available on a pay-as-you-go basis. Weekly litter clearance, hedge trimming, and regular sea-spray wash-downs maintain a tidy environment.
