The Upper Clifton Car Park serves Rotherham Colleges Clifton Building campus, offering 60 bays on a hardstanding surface. Priority is given to enrolled students and staff; access requires a valid college permit, enforced via automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras at the gated entrance. Four accessible bays near the main block provide step-free access to the student services centre. The car park is open Monday to Friday from 7 am to 8 pm during term time and is closed on weekends and college holidays. Lighting is provided by overhead LED fixtures operational from dusk until midnight, and CCTV covers all bays and entrances. Pedestrian exits lead directly onto Percy Street, linking to local bus services and the colleges sports centre five minutes away. Regular maintenance includes resurfacing every two years and monthly line repainting; snow clearance is conducted within two hours of any snowfall of more than 2 cm.
