Bardwell Community Car Park is a free, council-operated gravel-and-grass lot serving the village centre and local church. It offers approximately 25 marked bays including two disabled-access spaces near the gated entrance. Operating hours are sunrisesunset daily; no charges or time limits. The gravel-and-grass surface is lightly graded for drainage and inspected quarterly; minor ruts are filled within 48 hours. No lighting or CCTV is installed to preserve the rural ambiance; visitors are advised to park only during daylight. Pedestrian pathways lead directly to Bardwell village hall (2 minutes walk), St Peters Church (1 minute), and to nearby footpaths (3 minutes). Monthly litter clearance and seasonal hedge trimming maintain a clean village environment. No EV charging is available; nearest public charger is at Vinery Road Short Stay Car Park, a 20-minute drive away.
