Copsem Lane Car Park is a council-operated tarmac lot providing approximately 100 marked bays including eight disabled-access spaces located near pedestrian exits. Operating hours are 7 am–10 pm daily; pay-and-display machines accept coins, contactless, and RingGo; maximum stay of 4 hours. The tarmac surface is grooved for drainage and inspected quarterly; potholes are repaired within 48 hours. LED bollard lighting provides safe illumination for early-morning and evening users, and two CCTV cameras monitor entry, exit, and pedestrian pathways. Pedestrian walkways lead directly to Esher High Street shops (2 minutes’ walk) and to the Royal Borough Leisure Centre (5 minutes). Two 22 kW Type 2 EV charging bays are located near the entrance, available on a pay-as-you-go basis. Weekly litter clearance and monthly hedge trimming maintain a tidy town-centre facility.
