Coronation Recreation Ground Car Park is a free council-operated gravel-and-grass lot serving Hersham Recreation Ground and adjacent play areas. It provides 70 marked bays including five disabled-access spaces nearest the playground entrance. Operating hours are sunrisesunset daily; no parking fees or time limits apply. The gravel-and-grass surface is graded quarterly to maintain drainage, with potholes and washouts filled within 48 hours. No lighting is installed to preserve the parks natural ambience; one CCTV camera monitors entry during daylight. Pedestrian pathways lead directly to the childrens playground (1 minute walk), tennis courts (2 minutes), and nearby bus stops on Molesey Road (5 minutes). No EV charging is available; the nearest public charger is at Hersham Green Shopping Centre Car Park, a 6-minute walk away. Monthly litter clearance and seasonal hedge trimming maintain a tidy green space.
