Creative Car Park Ltd is a private gated tarmac facility providing approximately 100 marked bays, including eight disabled-access spaces located near the entrance pedestrian gate. Access is controlled via RFID fob for registered users; operating hours are 24/7 for permit holders only. The tarmac surface is grooved to improve drainage and inspected quarterly, with potholes sealed within 48 hours. LED high-mast lighting ensures uniform illumination for security, and four CCTV cameras cover entry, exit, and key pedestrian walkways. Pedestrian routes lead directly to the Creative Hub offices (1 minute walk), Innovation Centre (3 minutes), and bus stops on Hollow Road (4 minutes). Two 22 kW Type 2 EV charging bays are located adjacent to the barrier, available to registered users on a pay-as-you-go basis. Biweekly litter clearance and monthly hedge trimming maintain a professional environment.
