Cross Keys Lane Car Park provides 50 spaces on a surfaced lot adjacent to the Cross Keys Lane retail terrace and Low Fell Community Centre. Operating hours are 8 am8 pm MondaySaturday (free Sundays). Parking is free for up to three hours; thereafter, a tariff of £0.50 per hour (maximum £4 daily) is payable via the RingGo app or at the on-site ticket machine accepting cards and coins. Two accessible bays (3.6 m wide) are located adjacent to the pedestrian exit onto Kirkstone Road, featuring dropped kerbs with tactile paving. LED column lighting ensures coverage after dusk, and the site is monitored by two CCTV cameras. In 2024, new drainage gullies were installed along the perimeter to prevent water pooling, and line markings were refreshed. A pedestrian walkway with tactile paving leads directly to the community centre and local bus stops. Low hedgerow planting along the northeast boundary provides natural screening from nearby housing, and monthly maintenance includes litter clearance and surface inspections.
