Serving the Denton Park Customer Service Centre, library, and civic pool, this 90-space car park offers tarmacadam bays on sloping terrain. Hours are 7 am8 pm MonSat and 9 am5 pm Sun. Four accessible bays with extra width and drop-kerb access sit next to the main entrance; tactile paving guides visually impaired users. LED column lighting combined with motion-activated walkway lights ensures safety into the evening. Parking is free for up to two hours; thereafter £1 per hour, payable via PayByPhone. Landscaping berms with native shrubs line the perimeter to reduce stormwater runoff, and a new drainage channel was installed in late 2023. Surveillance is maintained by four PTZ CCTV cameras, offering 360° views of all aisles. Pedestrian access to the library and pool is facilitated by a raised walkway with handrails. Bi-monthly maintenance includes line-painting and surface crack-sealing.
