Went on Sunday 2nd November with my wife who is disabled. Parked totally unaware of any parking restrictions or any parking charges. Received a letter from parkmaven (who I can only assume or the car park managers ) stating I had over paid and I had a parking notice of £100.00. It will be a long time before I go there again. Where are the prominent car park rules displayed ?
