Dunwich Beach Car Park is a council-operated gravel-and-tarmac facility providing approximately 60 marked bays including five disabled-access spaces located near the beach access path. Operating hours are 7 am–9 pm daily; pay-and-display machines accept coins, contactless, and RingGo payments; no overnight parking. The surface is grooved to handle seasonal runoff and inspected quarterly; potholes repaired within 48 hours. LED bollard lighting provides minimal evening illumination, and two CCTV cameras monitor entry, exit, and pedestrian walkways. Pedestrian paths lead directly to Dunwich beach (1 minute walk) and to the village centre (5 minutes). Two Type 2 EV charging bays are located near the entrance, available via pay-as-you-go.
