The facility provides approximately 40 marked bays including three disabled-access spaces located near the main pedestrian entrance. Access is controlled via RFID badge for employees, with operating hours of 6 am8 pm MondayFriday; closed weekends. The tarmac surface is grooved for drainage and inspected quarterly; minor cracks are sealed within 48 hours. LED bollard lighting ensures illumination during operating hours, and one CCTV camera monitors the entrance and central walkway.
