Ellice Road Car Park is a surface-level facility serving Oxteds southern residential areas and local retail strip along Station Road. The lot offers approximately 60 tarmac-surfaced bays, including four accessible spaces positioned near the pedestrian pathway leading to local shops. Operating 7 am8 pm daily, parking is free for the first 90 minutes; thereafter, pay-by-phone charges apply; machines accept coins and contactless card payments. CCTV cameras monitor entrance, exit, and main aisles during operating hours; LED bollard lighting lines pedestrian paths for safe access after dusk. A marked footpath leads directly to Oxteds retail parade, including grocery stores, cafés, and pharmacies within a two-minute walk. Local bus stops on Ellice Road provide services to Oxted Station, Caterham, and East Grinstead. EV charging is not available on-site; the nearest rapid charging station is at Oxted Station Car Park, a five-minute drive away.
