Elliotts Field Car Park is a large surface facility serving the Elliotts Field Retail Park, which includes Home Bargains, Iceland, and other retail outlets. It offers 450 marked bays including 20 accessible spaces positioned nearest the main retail entrances. Access is free for up to 4 hours; pay-and-display machines accept coins, contactless, and ParkMobile payments for longer stays. LED high-mast floodlights ensure visibility during early-morning and late-evening shopping, and eight CCTV cameras monitor all entry, exit, and pedestrian areas. The asphalt surface is sloped toward central drains, with quarterly inspections and pothole repairs within 48 hours of reporting. Pedestrian pathways lead directly to the retail store entrances (12-minute walk) and to nearby fast-food outlets (3 minutes). Four Type 2 EV charging bays are located near the eastern entrance, available on a first-come, first-served basis for pay-as-you-go charging. Weekly litter removal and perimeter hedge trimming keep the site tidy.
