LED panel lighting ensures bright, uniform illumination across all levels, and eight HD CCTV cameras monitor entry ramps, aisles, lifts, and stairwells to enhance security. Pedestrian exits lead directly to Epsom Gateway retail and office entrances (1 minute walk) and to bus stops on Ashley Avenue (2 minutes). Four 7 kW Type 2 EV charging bays are located on level 2, available on a pay-as-you-go basis. Daily sweeping and weekly trash removal maintain a clean, modern parking environment.
