Evology Parking at Mercure Box Hill Burford provides a private, gated surface-level facility exclusively for hotel guests and pre-authorized visitors. The lot offers 50 marked bays, including four accessible spaces conveniently located near the hotel entrance. Access is controlled via ANPR cameras for pre-registered license plates; casual visitors must book through the Evology platform to receive access instructions. Operating 24/7, the lot is monitored by high-definition CCTV cameras covering all aisles and pedestrian pathways. LED floodlighting ensures visibility during evening hours. A designated footpath leads from the lot to the Mercure Box Hill Burford hotel lobby, restaurant, and conference facilities within a one-minute walk. Local bus stops on Old London Road provide infrequent services to Dorking and Guildford. EV charging is available via two 7 kW units located near the lots western boundary, reserved for hotel guests. Covered cycle racks accommodating eight bicycles are provided to promote sustainable travel. Regular gravel resurfacing maintains level parking spaces and prevents standing water.
