Each level features grooved concrete flooring for drainage, with monthly structural inspections—any concrete spalling is repaired within 48 hours. LED panel lighting ensures brightness across all levels, and six HD CCTV cameras cover entry ramps, aisles, lifts, and staircases. Pedestrian exits lead directly to Hersham Green shops (1 minute walk) and to Molesey Road bus stops (3 minutes). Four 22 kW Type 2 EV charging bays on level 2 are available to shoppers on a pay-as-you-go basis. Daily sweeping and weekly trash removal maintain a clean environment.
