Terrible company. Received a letter from bailiffs about a parking fine from October, I have had absolutely no correspondence relating to a parking ticket. When I requested to talk to an adviser they refused to discuss the matter with me and said I had to take it up with the collection agency which is pointless as it’s not their job to discuss it. I don’t feel I have had any chance to appeal this decision even though I have evidence to prove I’ve done nothing wrong. Completely disgusting.
