The car park is fully covered and lit by LED lighting on each level. EV charging is available via four 7 kW chargers on level two. Pedestrian exits connect directly to Piccadilly Shopping Centre (0.1 km), Regent Theatre (0.2 km), and the First Potteries bus interchange. A dedicated taxi rank and rideshare pick-up point are located on the ground-floor exit route. CCTV monitors all access points and driving aisles. Disabled access is via lifts with tactile and audio guidance. Weekend theatre events often lead to full capacity by 5 pm.
