I Love Meet & Greet Travelodge is a valet-operated service located at the Travelodge hotel on Povey Cross Road, offering direct airport parking and vehicle retrieval at the hotel. Customers drive to the Travelodge forecourt, where uniformed valet staff park vehicles in a secure off-site lot. The service operates 24/7, with undercover valet bays to protect vehicles from weather. CCTV cameras cover the forecourt, valet bays, and pedestrian walkways continuously, ensuring high security. Pickup and drop-off zones are located at the hotel entrance, providing immediate access to Gatwick Airport via complimentary shuttle service every 15 minutes; ride time to terminals is 8 minutes. EV charging is available via two 7 kW units located on the hotel premises for valet vehicles only. Covered cycle racks accommodating four bicycles are provided for valet staff. Height restriction barriers are not applicable, as vehicles remain under valet control until handed to the customer.
