JLR Churchill Car park 9 Firefly Rd, Coventry CV3 4FW

JLR Churchill Car Park is a private surface parking facility owned and operated by Jaguar Land Rover for staff and authorised visitors. The lot offers 500 standard bays and 30 designated accessible spaces closest to the main entrance. Entry is controlled by automatic barriers linked to employee RFID badges; visitors must register at reception to gain temporary access codes. The site is lit by high-mast LED floodlights and monitored by 24/7 CCTV. A fully staffed security gatehouse operates at the main entrance between 6 am and 10 pm daily to handle deliveries, guest parking queries, and safety checks. Pedestrian walkways are clearly demarcated, leading to the main Churchill site entrance (3 minutes’ walk). The surface is asphalt with regular crack-sealing and line repainting every year. EV charging is provided by six high-speed AC chargers located near the staff entrance, reserved for JLR electric-vehicle fleet and employee use only. The facility incorporates segregated areas for contractors, managers, and general staff, each marked by colour-coded signage. Safety bollards protect the pedestrian walkway, and emergency call points are installed at intervals. This lot does not offer public parking under normal conditions; any exception must be pre-authorised by site management.
