Operating 8 am10 pm daily, the lot employs a pay-and-display system with machines accepting coins, contactless cards, and mobile payments; daily capped rates apply, with lower evening tariffs after 6 pm. The car park is monitored by CCTV cameras covering all aisles and entry points, and LED floodlighting provides illumination for evening events. A dedicated pedestrian pathway leads to the riverside promenade and park amenities within a two-minute walk, passing by picnic areas and play spaces. Bus stops on Kings Meadow Road offer frequent services to Reading town center and Caversham. Electric vehicle drivers can access six rapid charging points near the lots northern boundary. Covered cycle racks for up to twelve bicycles are provided near the leisure complex entrance to encourage active transport.
