The lot offers approximately 500 parking spaces across two levels, including 20 accessible bays near ground-floor pedestrian exits. Operated by Kirkstall Forge Estates, it uses ANPR-based entry and exit—casual tariffs are £2.00 per hour, capped at £8.00 per day. Season tickets and digital permits can be purchased via the Kirkstall Forge app. Four EV rapid chargers (22 kW) and two Tesla Supercharger stalls are positioned centrally on level one. The car park is lit by motion-sensor LED columns 24/7 and has full CCTV coverage with on-site security during business hours (07:00–19:00). A dedicated sheltered walkway leads directly to the Forge train station platform (0.1 mile) and to the retail/leisure precinct, including restaurants and office buildings. Drainage channels along each ramp prevent water accumulation, and anti-slip surfacing is applied on all ramps.
