The Lookers PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) Centre Car Park is a private lot dedicated to new and pre-owned vehicles awaiting final inspection before sale. This extensive gravel area can accommodate up to 200 cars arranged in marked rows, monitored continuously by a network of six high-resolution CCTV cameras. A small trailer-mounted office near the entrance serves as a security checkpoint during business hours (7 am6 pm, Monday to Friday). The gated barrier system requires an access code or swipe card, issued only to authorised personnel. Although not open to the general public, the facility is within 150 metres of the main Meadowbank Industrial Estate entrance, providing easy access for delivery vehicles. Outdoor floodlighting ensures round-the-clock visibility, and a drainage system with permeable blockwork prevents waterlogging in wet months. Proximity to the A630 Parkway Road allows quick movement to Rotherham town centre (five-minute drive) and the M1 motorway (Junction 34 is three minutes away).
