Maple Parking South Terminal Meet & Greet is a premium valet service based in the Orange Shortstay Car Park, Level 1, adjacent to the South Terminal. Customers drive to a designated drop-off bay on Level 1, where uniformed valet staff park vehicles in a secure gated area. Operating 24/7, the valet bay is under continuous CCTV surveillance and features high-intensity LED lighting for passenger safety. Vehicles are parked undercover in an on-site secure garage, and retrieval is guaranteed within 15 minutes upon request. Complimentary luggage assistance and optional car valeting services are included. Rapid EV charging is available via two 7 kW units located behind the garage for valet vehicles only. Covered cycle racks accommodating four bicycles are provided for valet staff. Height restriction barriers at the garage entrance limit vehicles to 2 m.
