Meadowhall Contractor Car Park is a private tarmac lot on Alsing Road reserved for contractors working at Meadowhall Shopping Centre. The facility provides 100 marked bays, including 5 Blue Badge spaces near the access gate and two motorcycle bays. Access is via barrier entry requiring a contractor ID badge; no public parking. LED floodlights provide full illumination until midnight, and CCTV cameras monitor all entry and exit points. Pedestrian exits lead directly to the contractor entrance at Green Mall (0.05 km) and to staff shuttle bus stops (0.10 km). No EV charging is provided. Seasonal maintenance projects reduce capacity by 15%; signage directs contractors to the adjacent Barrow Road Park & Ride (2 km) with a shuttle service. Maintenance crews repaint bay lines quarterly and clear litter weekly.
