The Morrisons Car Park on Bentley Road provides 180 marked bays on a sealed tarmac surface for supermarket customers. Operated under a council-approved agreement, parking is free for up to two hours; vehicles staying longer without purchase validation may incur a parking charge notice. The site includes four accessible bays near the store entrance and three electric vehicle charging points located in Bay 40. Overhead LED lighting illuminates all aisles from dusk until midnight, and a network of four CCTV cameras monitors activity to deter misuse. Dedicated trolley return bays are positioned near the entrance, and a pedestrian crossing provides safe access to the stores main doors. Monthly cleaning and quarterly line repainting ensure the car park remains tidy, well-signed, and clearly demarcated for shopper convenience.
