Napier Road North Car Park is a council-managed surface lot serving employees and visitors to the Colchester Business Park on Napier Road. The site features 130 sealed asphalt bays, including eight accessible spaces positioned closest to the pedestrian entrance of the main office complex. Access is unrestricted; parking is free for up to two hours via pay-and-display machines accepting coins and contactless cards; overstays incur a charge of £1 per hour.
